It`s important to stay update, as the institution strives to remain at the forefront of providing service. It`s also our responsibility to learn about the available programs. This way, we can provide more options to prospective students, helping them make an informed decision. 

I learned about the different media used for advertising and that the institution doesn`t have a formal marketing plan. I also learned about the different services that not only support students while they are entering the workface. It`s important to let the prospective student know about the resources available to them so that their collage experience is a rewarding one. 

In this module, I was able to appreciate the importance of managing documentation correctly and on time. I also learned all the information that is provided at the time of student enrollment, making the process reliable. 

I have learned that is important to have update information about the institution`s programs, policies and regulations since as admissions staff. This allows us to properly guide prospective students.
