In this last module, I learned about different types of students and certain patterns of behaviors that can be noticed in an online environment. Additionally, ways on how to mitigate any situations with conflict management.
I learned the difference between asynchronous and synchronous discussion in an online environment. Additionally the different participation guidelines associated with each.
I am be present, responsive, and organized to ensure all student feel visible and supported. This will gain respectful boundaries in an online classroom environment.
Course Delivery taught me all the learning and technical support through the CMS system.

Career Ed Lounge is embedded in over eighty professional development portals serving the career and technical education community. Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
