Using email is the most important tool to help our students and to communicate with our students. Also the importance of staying professional while in communication with our students. 

I learned the difference between synchronous and asynchronous environment and when to use each type of discussion. That as and educator I have to keep the students interest peaked and know how to lead good discussion.

I learned that your students getting to know a bit about you will make them feel more comfortable. It’s helps with your rapport and can also benefit the classroom and discussions. It’s helps with also learned that it can make them feel comfortable to see that you have knowledge of the information you’re teaching to them because of your credentials.

I have learned that I need to become familiar with the cms, and to also become familiar with the different learning styles of my students.
