Being inclusive to all forms of learning preferences can help overcome learning challenges.

Language is the form, literacy being the use of that form. Culturally, the use of form makes people identify with unique qualities of their culture, such as slang or formal dictation.

A multicultural approach focuses less on people's backgrounds and more on the materialization of how they can use the information at hand.

Focusing on an individual while highlighting the group is an important factor when trying to make a point so it is relevant to everyone in the class and not just to the one student.

It is important to challenge Gen Y and Z students who have not experienced critical thinking for themselves so they can be more self-sufficient.

I learned Gen Y and Gen Z are not so different.

Different generations have different approaches to learning. It is good to be aware of these differences.

Different generations have different perspectives. Identifying how generations absorb information is key to being relatable in the classroom.
