For borrowers to be successful thoughout the entire repayment of their loans, they must be given the complete information they need to manage their loans. FAA/school must provide the information in a format that is easily accessible and easy to understand.

It's very important to instill the concept of the rights and responsibilities to a student borrower. Communication is the KEY. Making sure to convey the message in a language/term that students can easily understand.

Information is power when used constructively. By remembering personal details of the student's life, you build confirdence and trust with the student.

First impression lasts. Having a nice, neat and conducive office eventually leads to a more settling and acceptable environment for both students and staff. Reminding students of their obligation in repaying their student loan is very important to prevent high default rate. Repetition of information leads to retention and Ownership is directly tied to responsibility.
