Us as the staff need to make sure that we hold our self to high standards and are on the same page when it comes to the students. Being consistent and setting the expectations from the beginning eliminates any confusion of what we expect from them. We need to have a good foundation for the students to lean into during their time with us. 

You have to be and make a positive impact for the students to excel and be successful. Yes, most of it is on them but we need to make sure we give them all the support and resources to be able to do their best. 

The students (and staff) are customers who all play a vital role to the business. We want to make sure that we are giving them the best experience and tools to succeed. 

Us as staff needs to model what we expect from our students while also remembering there is room for growth.
