We need to be better at keeping up with quarterly compliance team meetings-sometimes they get postponed, but they are always helpful.

We distribute information through a combination of paper and electronic notification-glad to see that is considered the best approach

We are a small school and have always notified students with paper notices of disbursements and the right to cancel.  We are considering going to electronic disbursement notices in future semesters, since all students are issued an electronic email account when they enroll.

We stopped offering LOA because we are a standard-term school and it is hard for a student to return from a LOA in the same place as they left off if it is a midterm LOA.  I will reconsider offering LOAs but only if they occur at the end of a standard term and will not exceed 16 weeks (one term).

Reminds me to verify the policy and procedure for our high school transcript verification policy is accurate and always followed.  Making sure all employees recognize the importance of transparency and accurate information-not just admission and financial aid employees.
