I learned that the "how" and "why" behind content creation and delivery is almost as important as the content itself.

Its really important to get to class early to set the energetic tone for the class. If you are rushed and unprepared, you are setting a precedence for students.

I learned the importance of leading students with the objectives of each class session. Failure to do so may result in students feeling disconnected from the learning experience and hinder their ability to apply knowledge outside of the classroom settings.
