I have learned from this training that the rules and regulation vary from state to state and they change.  The best course of action is to stay on top of the changes, keep a note book and maintain compliance.  As a representative you have a responsibility to be informed and represent your school.  What my primary duty is to the school as an agent the school assumes the responsibility of and agent of admissions .
