Very nervous about moving to distance learning with PN program.  I realize that since we have never instructed this way before that it will definately not be perfect and will require multiple evaluations with changes.

Providing feedback that is specific is imperative for student learning.  A "good job"  does not provide sufficient information for an improvement.

Rubrics take some of the subjectivity out of written assignments which I prefer as students are not as able to claim favortism over grades

Authoring online learning modules is not a simple task. To move from face to face instruction to virtual learning is a huge leap.   I would imagine that people who teach online courses for a living will have longer to develop these modules than I and my fellow teachers do thanks to COvid 19.  As always, we will do our best.
