Students have a variety of learning styles.  Incorporating all of the four styles into a lesson ensures better student engagement and understanding. 

It's always important to have the learning atmosphere that encourages students.  Setting that up in the first class leads to their success.

The syllabus is already done for this course.  I will make sure that students understand it.  It is a roadmap, and it is a kind of contract between the instructor and the students.

I learned roles for managing, modeling, and motivating students as well as the importance of professional development.
