I've learned that the regulatory requirements have exceptions called exemptions.

I learned, that refunds must be completed within 60 days after the effective date of termination.

I’ve learned that while a school may not be required to have a Director of Education, if they choose to hire one, that individual must often meet the same qualifications and standards required of the instructors they oversee.
