Diversity in the workplace to me is basically having as many different backgrounds and cultures present in your staff.  Not that these things would be discussed, but to ensure that any student or client or staff member can feel comfortable knowing that we do follow a non discrimination policy when hiring.  Anyone no matter what race, religion, sexual preference, etc is welcome in your workplace.  I truly believe that it can maximize the value of the wonderful cultural differences among our faculty and staff because if everyone works hard and is a committed team member it can help us truly… >>>
