I thought the EQ section was actually just as important, especially for younger instructors.  Seems simple, but many years ago as a young teacher I did not always take the best path for my student or myself.  I blame that Frost guy! ;)

The Road Not Taken

Hard skills only!  Just kidding, seems we all understand the need to understand a student as a person in order to best assist them through their education.
