From this module, I have reviewed Bloom and Fink's Taxonomy and I can see how I can apply these taxonomy to my class when implementing the assessment for the students.

In this module, I learn the distinct definition of "objectives" and "outcomes". I also learn that the authentic assessment is an ideal assessment for the career developing course.

I personally believe that keeping students engaged with your lesson is the most important part of the teaching. Students will not pay attention or show any interest if they don't think that the lesson is relevant to them. I also think that reflection is a key to success. Some students need to be reminded often that they actually did learn something from the lesson and this can help encouraging students to keep learning more in the classroom. To me, UDL is a very great framework that teachers should try to follow when implementing any lesson.

Developing goals that are realistic and manageable is indeed very important for the students. I believe that this module has opened my eyes for another layer of teaching. As an educator, it is essential to prepare the students to be ready in the real world situations and yes setting the achievable goals is one of the key to success. I will also be mindful when I assign the tasks for my students in the future to ensure that all students have equal access and equal opportunities to complete and presents the tasks in whichever way they prefer.

From this module, I have learned that presenting infomration in different modalities can enhance students' understanding. I am an ESL teacher who always corporate many visuals and sounds while teaching the lesson. However, I have never thought about other ways such as symbols and semantics representation. After learning about this, I will definitely be more aware of this content so that I can help my students understand the lesson.

After the first unit, I discvover that UDL makes a lot of sense for most of my students in the ESL environment. I am planning to implement this framework into the online leaning platform whcih somehow turn out to be somewhat challenging at this point since some students do not have a technological knowlege on top of language barriers. I hope to learn more about UDL and be able to apply this framework in my future lessons.

I have learned about the clear direction of direct/ indirect/ interactive and independent instructions. Although I have used most of the methods discussed, I still feel that it is very helpful to hear about some specific tips which are suggested in the video.
