I have learned the types of test, which ones are used most, and how to write them.

Learning how to approach learning methods, based on assessments, insight, through objective and subjective reasoning helps you meet students where they are. This helps you mold their thinking to look at material though more than one vantage- point using critical thinking.

If I explain the subject matter and start brainstorming to see what their thinking is will this help them understand better, or confuse them more especially if they didm’t understand the explanation.

If I have a group that understands the content faster than my group, how do I incorporate the others in the conversation so that I don’t lose them until I get them on the same page.

I can use either learning styles. I work best with visual, and kinesthetic styles. But I also need auditory stimulation to get a clear picture.
