Allowing students access to their mother language may help students to understand concepts.  

Culture and race are important. Both are important. 

Each student is an individual. Create an inclusive learning environment. 

Very informative module with multiple examples and  hints. 

My overall take is engagement.  Keep the students engaged. 

Technology needs to be balanced with human connection. 

Need strong outline for Gen X and frequent feedback for Gen Y

Generation breakdowns by years. 

I have learned that it is important to learn why your students are taking the course.
