I learned that being there for a student (professional) can help them do better. Showing the student that you care helps them more ways then one.

I learned that that instead of saying my objective at the beginning of class I can say at the end of the lesson that way the students can see the lesson unfold. 

I learned that the  showing compassion is really good in helping students grow. 

I learned that simple teaching starts with simple everyday stuff and organization. If you start with rules and structure students will follow. 

i learned that using AI can help but it can only go so far. Working with AI is not meant to make you lazy but, help you teach your students in a better way. 

I learned that AI is very useful but sometimes we can forget to add the human side of things such as how to talk to another and make sure that our communication is their.  

I learned that AI can make mistakes and its very helpful if you go in with specific details so it can better help you. 

I learned that AI can truly be very helpful and not someone being lazy. I like that it can give you Ideas that truly help the students and just take over the lesson plan. 

From this module, I learned that that the value of having total-points helps students with balance. 

From this module, I learned that I helps a lot if I plan minute by minute. For the most part I plan 20 minutes ahead. I also learned that it is very good to have a backup plan because anything can happen.
