My name is Amber Keo and I am currently working as an Assistant Program Director. In my role, I support program planning, coordination, staff development, and day-to-day operations to help ensure our programs run effectively and achieve positive outcomes.
I am passionate about continuous learning and professional growth. My learning interests include leadership development, program management, project coordination, data-driven decision-making, and strategies for improving team collaboration and organizational effectiveness. I am also interested in learning from the experiences of others and exploring best practices that can help strengthen the impact of the programs we serve.
