Not considered here, I like the concept but it may take years to incorporate this into everyones everyday learning.

Didn't understand the content, i think this was written for BA BS type people, I teach Diesel systems. I have high numbers for assessments and go out of my way to help each and every one of them.

I actually dont allow tech usage in the classroom as I teach Auto and Diesel until we are in the labs doing work. I do however help my students with their retainability by using a lot of personal experience, from my 40 years in the industry. Some students it helps and sometimes I find going one on one helps. Each teacher has to find their own way to deal with it.

the hardest thing for these students in finding ways to organize the info learned. Seem they are not required to retain info, therefore it is impertinent info
Discussion Comment
Without retaining information in the brain, on the job could be bad for employment where as the older gen's have the ability to retain piles of information and save time researching info
Discussion Comment
younger learners tend to rely more on technology, and are very quick to discover answers but then the retainability isn't there, because they can store in a devise and not use the brain to regurgitate information
