I learned that personal emial should be responded to provately and not in a open forum. Also to avoid promising immediate responses and use discrection . save all documentation 

I learned that should identify the students that are not active and try to coordinate the learning activies. Provide feedback in a timely basis. 

I learned that online you must how to influence, persuade, inspire and energize. I also learned that the first assignement should be a short biology of themselves.

Always give the same goals for the course durning E learning and also that structure is needed 

I like the method of start , stop and continue. This method will allow to look oneself to see what you can change as an instructor. This because you dont always do things right and constructive critism is always helpful.

it was interesting to learn that while students are taking an exam dont walk around because it causes more stress, instead sit in the back of the classroom because it helps with catching cheaters

Reviewing the over talkative one in class and offering an observer role. I also learned that those that usually sit in the back are distracted have those students sit in the front to remain engaged.

I learned that late assignments can be acceptable but you must be clear from the very beginning. Also Make a section in the syllabus about how late assignments can be submitted and how many points will be deducted. Also to send reminders as the assignments are approaching

Decide what teaching works best for you such as I pads, demonstration etc. Try to do small increments of 10-25 minutes of lecture .

I have learned in reading the article that you should learn your student names as it will show that you care and identify them as indivduals. Also to create cards with a list of items that you want to cover in your class that day. It also stated that it is okay if you dont cover it all
