The agent must know and follow the policies and procedures of enrollment at their school.

To be competent and deliver excellent service to the prospective student, the agent must adhere to all the state regulatory requirements and keep up to date with changes.

The representative must be honest and accurate when presenting information about programs and institutions.

The protections are in place to ensure integrity and hold institutions and employees accountable for any misrepresentations.

I intend to follow the guidelines as it pertains to all these regulations.
