This section is very enlightning because it gives good examples and reasoning as to why documenting is beneficial and how it can create documentation that can flow easily and can be practiced on a day to day basis. This can also legally cover the administrative work down the line. 

I learned the many ways to continuously improve data collection and how to be detailed in record keeping. This benefits not only the integrity of the data but helps with supporting the students and provides accountability after graduation. Communication is key and having an agreed-upon exit interview validates responsibilities on both ends. 

It's really beneficial to different components how HEI can track and collect appropriate and approved "placements". It creates an ease on how one can place a student's verified employment through multiple information and criteria of the said placement 

As an individual that reports employment rates, I learned that this helps our government and HEI understands how much economic impact they have when students go out into the workforce. This also helps future students learn about the program/trade they are thinking of pursuing by learning the benefits and career impact they can potentially fulfill in the long run.
