I'm excited to implement a more concrete plan for our students career development and also incorporate guest speakers during their program.

I think it would be beneficial to survey our students towards the end of the program to evaluate where they are at with job searching and how we can help.

This helped me to come up with ideas on how to involve the community with our school and also how to involve alumni with our current students.

It is definitely a team effort and our institution could definitely benefit from adding a team member in the career services role.  We do a good job putting forth a collective effort but there are areas we could do better.
