I've personally experienced phone vs text preferences in generations and agree with most of the characterizations here.  I find it's best to simply ask - would you prefer call or text.  

Understanding where a prospective student is coming from enables us to interact meaningfully with them.  Remembering the generational piece of this will be helpful.  

This course was a great reminder to actively engage and listen to our prospective students and to make relationship building and establishing trust with the student a priority.  Helping students achieve/make their way to a rewarding career through education is a privilege we need to handle with respect and integrity

Agreed!  I just completed the modules, and the are a great refresher!  Remaining compliant is what keeps us successful.
