This unit is very interesting as it touches on very relevant topics on managing a good registration system that is simple but effective, managing communications effectively, managing the behavioral traits of our students, conflict management and particularly dealing with desertions.

The topic discussed in this Unit has allowed me to understand how important strategies are to manage student participation in asynchronous, synchronous debates, adding to that adequate and quality feedback, it is a good vehicle to generate and transmit knowledge.

Projecting my presence is a very important issue, and perhaps it is crucial to generating the authority necessary to manage a good class, and for students to project themselves as a leader within the team.

I am a new instructor but I tell you that I am passionate about teaching, and I see that this space is very useful for that objective since I did not allow this work to be professionalized, and add to that the contributions that the team presents that further enrich the objective pursued by the course.
I tell you one of my strategies as a teacher is to empower my students to create a scenario of proactivity and transfer them to an environment where knowledge is the core of our talk. In that sense, my question is. How important is… >>>
