To best meet the needs of diverse learners, instructors must be mindful and fluent in cultural context, but not stereotype them. Title VI offers protection from discrimination. 

For an ELL student, assessments in English are also assessments of English. 

There are strategies for supporting learners at all levels of fluency. Key to all is to provide a safe, welcoming environment. 

Cooperative learning yields greater results for ELL students. 

Because many ELL students have learned conversational English, instructors sometimes expect them to understand academic English that they may not have had the opportunity to learn. 

There is a plethora of AI tools evolving to meet career support needs. Discernment, education, and focus are necessary in applying these technologies in an ethical and beneficial way. 

This module detailed the ways AI can be used to streamline career assistance. I am already integrating AI into my process. 

I am now aware of more AI resources useful in career support. 

I have some experience with AI. The speed with which AI technology is entering the workplace is impressive. I learned some more about the types of chatbot, and how to craft effective prompts. 

There is shared responsibility for follow-up. Both the student and admissions professional need to collaborate for progress and informed decision making.
