This module offers great ways on how you can improve the late enrollment students so they can feel part of the instituition. Because they are the ones who are at big risk of dropping out.

Orientation is very important beacuse it can help prepare the student for their classes. Also is important to note that faculty is an allies for the student and not their enemy. Faculty is very important for the retention of students.

Students are always the first priority. We also need to make them feel that they are part of the instituition from the day they walk to the admissions office searching for information about the different programs that the instituition has.

The content of this course is pretty good. Retention is really important if any college want to have sucess and a good reputation. Students are always the first priority.
