I have learned that is important to know your institution in order to orientate a student and it is important to know the marketing your institution have made.

It's important to be organized and have the paperwork completed from the students. We are responsible that the students stay informed and understand the program that are going to be enrolled.

I learned the importance to have the accurate information for the admission process including the current rules of the Florida State Department of Education to make the students have the complete information to make the right choice.
