Surely, the rubrics provide a guideline for student to know what is expected from them what will be assessed. 

Setting the rules since the very beginning is key as well as modelling. 

I have learned about the need to investigate the communication tools properly. We need to be aware of the pros and cons as well as must get feedback to make changes if necessary. 

I have learned that adults have different needs and that we need to address them effectively. Also, giving appropriate feedback is key so learners don't feel judged. 

being aware of ways to deal with conflict is relevant as part of our role. Plus, wee need to find effective ways to managae and storage data. Finally, it is vital to know how to communicate with students. 

being familair with synchronous and asynchronous features is a must. That way we can apply the right strategies. Plus, feedback is relevant since students are not in a face to face environment. 

Planning how to address student so we build their confidence is also another must-do thing. 

I think email and forums are key to communicate with students. That helps project our authority and stablish good relatioship. Plus, personalizing emails is a good way to build rapport. 

We have to make sure we know everthing about the course. Plus it is recommended to try the courses ourselves. 

we also need to desing a course for student to get familiar with the platform. 

We not only have to consider multiple evaluations but also to get data from all the stakeholders. 

Feedback is key for students' learning. PLus, we need to consider summative and summative assessment using rubrics.
