As an instructor and or a new instructor you can be nervous and it can be unsettling. If you prepare yourself and take it to consideration the class needs and the dynamics of the class everything that we've learned throughout the chapters in this class you will be more at ease to teach

Student removal is a delicate situation and this module focuses on the important aspects of this situation. In the end documentMarion of all the prior steps and actions ate essential . Students may end up respecting that you took the steps ans appropriate course of action .

There were great strategies in the lessons. One strategy included dealing with students that love to be centerstage I learned from the strategies that were discussed one of which use it wisely cards would be beneficial to allow all of the students an opportunity to talk and involve themselves in the discussion this is a great opportunity to allow your students to talk and be involved but however in charge of the rest of the class is also contributing to the discussion

I have learned how to manage late assignments and how to get a soul arbitrator of what determines points for late and what is acceptable I've also learned that by establishing a late assignment scoring system upfront that helps illuminate any questions about late assignments and what the final grade will be

I have learned several tips and strategies to help students learn . First prepare , prepare , prepare !  Arriving early ans practicing any demonstrations  for students . As the instructor prepare your lecture to be relevant and a number of teaching styles . 

I have learned that it is important to learn and call each student by name . Just by doing something as simple as this is a significant impac.

It is important to greet each student and take the time to learn names. I learned Greta tips from this section about taking pictures to help learn each student name . 

Preparation and being in class early helps you not only to set yourself up for success but the students as well! 

 

I've learned how to engage with the class to motivate and how to continue to develop my teaching and learn and grow in my profession
