Positive communication is the key to successful in any course

It is very important to be in continuous communication with my students to be able to guide them regularly so that they can better assimilate academic instructions and experiences.

In my opinion tis system of  interaction with risk students are very important to help students to success in their education and personality. 

I think the interaction between the educator and his/her students is the most important part in order to success in the course. 

I think  that setting of excellent communication is the most effective reflection to interact with peers and students to have positive interaction during courses.

Also use of several strategies to enhance the learning and reinforce the interactions between them.

The use of technology is a great tool to accomplish distance learning.
We need to alow students to use all this devices to enhance their learning and adjust their own schedule and time.

The online instructions allow students who like to continue education in order to enhance their professional performance and obtain their beneficies while they work.

As educators, we need to interact with our students and model good environment for students to participate and suceed during the teaching course. At the beginning of any course we need to direct them how to conduct the course and engage the students to compromise themself to succeed. Despite they need to pass quizzes to get good grades, as educators we need to improve the learning process not only to passing courses but to gain critical thinking about the learning getting. We also allow them to receive tutoring and extra help during the course.

Assessment allow students to demonstrate their learning outcomes.
the assessment helps students to evaluate their learning in orden to improve it and make accomodations to continue their learning process.

This is very great information about how to conduct online classes and how to engage the students to participate individually and in group. Also how to organize and present their projects to succeed in the course.
