All students have their own way of learning. Many students, if not all, will face learning challenges and difficulties along the way. Rather than adhering to standardized methods, it's important to be able to accommodate students' needs and utilize variety in teaching

I learned that the way students communicate and utilize language can reflect their culture. Understanding a student's way of communicating can help reach and meet students' learning needs.

Knowing the difference between culture and race is important and allows an individual to treat others with care and respect.

This has solidified that every student has a different background and method of learning, and being a considerate teacher means realizing this and accommodating to each student's needs
