Students are individuals. Therefore, they may have different learning styles. I plan to use this knowledge to prepare to plan for all students to succeed. I will foster a positive, unassuming, and inclusive environment.
I have learned that students may be learning multiple languages. English may be their second language, but that does not mean they will not be successful. I will use this knowledge to avoid assumptions about the linguistic capacity of non-primary English-speaking students.
I have learned that students should be addressed bias-free and without assumptions. Having assumptions may negatively impact the student's education. I plan to use this information in the classroom, creating an inclusive environment for all students.
I have learned that all students should be treated as individuals, and not as a group. I will apply this knowledge in the classroom setting, making sure that I know every student by know, and get to know them as an individual.

Career Ed Lounge is embedded in over eighty professional development portals serving the career and technical education community. Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
