Learning the difference between learning preferences and learning challenges. Everyone has a preferred learning style.

Students have different learning differences and goals, and instructors cannot assume that they are all on the same learning journey. Languages, cultures, and other diversities can truly enrich a learning experience for the entire group if they are respected and even integrated in some way.

I have learned in this course so far that every person is different, we all come from different backgrounds and culture. It's important as an instructor to meet the student where they are.

I've that diversity is a big part of healthcare and important for us to continue training yearly.
