I’ve learned the importance of building and keeping my Resource Notebook up to date. I will use it to ensure I provide accurate and compliant information to students.

I’ve learned the importance of understanding our programs, student services, placement support, and advertising practices. I will apply this by staying connected with staff and ensuring I provide accurate, compliant information to prospective students.

I learned about the importance of following proper admissions procedures, completing paperwork accurately, and complying with Fair Consumer Practices and Commission regulations. I plan to apply this by making sure students are fully informed and by carefully following all institutional policies during the enrollment process.

I’ve learned that this training is required to work as an admissions representative and that I must understand and follow the Florida rules and regulations that govern the institution. I also need to stay up to date on policies and compliance requirements to properly represent the school.
