It is important to use the correct tool to match teaching style.  Usually a teacher has more thatn one style and will need to adjust as they go along to make sure the learning is going as planned.

One needs to cloe the lop and make their course the best it can be.  One must use multiple tools of evaluation and sources to accomplish this.

Feedback is important.  

Communication and collaboration are essential.  Students must feel like they belong.  Use web based tools to allow for interaction when planning course.  Make it clear int eh syballus means of communication used in the course.  Students need to learn with nor from technology.

comsistency is very important.  Test nad revise as needed.  by organizing content and using scaffolding 

By having both asynchronous and synchronous discussions proves to be beneficial.  Asynchronous is better depending on class size.  Feed bacj us imposrtant and make sure it is clear.  

This was informative by establishing the instructor and getting to know your students.  By having them post biographies the first day this gives you time to start to understand the students.
