Leaders must cope with change, while managers cope with complexity in maintaining stability.  You can be a leader with management skills, and also a manager can have leadership skills.

I have learned the difference between leadership and management, and they are not interchangeable.  They work together as the visionaries and the ones that implement.  Leaders can be created through learning and development, demonstrating it to be a myth that leaders are born.

Managers are often the ones to help make a leader's vision happen.  There are several myths to managers that demonstrate that many people believe false things about what a manager should be.  

It is important to budget accordingly and take into account every detail, to ensure financial support.  To budget for a five year plan, each factor is important to consider.

Schools can provide library resources through whatever avenue can work for the school and ensure their students are receiving tools and resources.

Student services are essential in the success of the student.  Students may require assistance or resources, which can be offered through any one of the student services departments.  When students see that there is social and academic integration of a campus, this can promote community for the students.

A five year plan is beneficial in planning for the future and trajectory of the school, and representation of stakeholders is essential in the planning, however, participation can be limited to a certain number.
