Agreed that safety and use of PPE cant be missed even in courses that focus on other concepts

psychomotor, cognitive, and affective learing levels should be achived during the course duration.

Most of my students are Kinesthetic, this requires the instructor to stay active and current.

I disagree with this teaching, they are our customers and they are paying for knowledge and developement.  "Big me little you" is a bad way to show the responsibilites we have been given.

so much info to consider! finding most adult students have some self motivation, finding what is motivating that indviual and help highlight how the subject matter can help further drive that motivation.
