Me pareció muy interesante é los siete principios de una buena educación universitaria,  como profesora en línea debo considerarlos en cada espacio de aprendizaje

Me parece importante que aunque el curso no sea en tiempo real, el acompañamiento del docente debe sentirse . El aprendizaje asincrónico ofrece espacio para que los estudiantes piensen y creen con mayor libertad.

En mi experiencia, no hay un método mejor que otro entre lo sincrónico y lo asincrónico; todo depende del contexto del estudiante. Lo importante es saber identificar esas diferencias y utilizar herramientas como VARK para apoyar mejor el aprendizaje. . La flexibilidad es una fortaleza que debemos aprovechar.

Good morning, colleagues. This module has been very interesting. It has become very clear to me that not all students have the same technological skills, so it's important to use different strategies for diagnosis before starting the course and offer support resources, such as explanatory videos. Social media, for example, is a good tool and is easily accessible for students

This module helped me further appreciate the importance of communicating with empathy and closeness in the virtual environment. Active participation, ongoing support, and timely feedback not only strengthen learning but also make students feel heard, valued, and part of a community. As teachers, our voice can motivate, and our genuine interest can make a huge difference in their educational journey.

Good afternoon, everyone. What I've learned is interesting, helping me become a better online teacher; especially by providing support to students who, for various reasons, struggle with technology, as well as those with disabilities, for whom it's necessary to apply differentiated strategies.
I also learned that motivation and time management are key to success in virtual environments.
