Activity

I learned that to stay current with the training needs of my field, I need to go to the work sites and talk with people currently in the field. Seek input from members of my advisory committee to make sure my content is appropriate and relevant.

I have learned that professional competence is based on my ability to organize and deliver instructional content.

I intend to motivate my students by helping them to see the progress they are making toward their goal.

I learned that the most highly ranked form of information you will receive from e-learner is E-mail messages.

I intend to use the idea of letting My students allot time for socializing at the beginning of the synchronous discussion.

I learned that in order for an instructor to learn about his/her students, students should be encouraged to post a short biography of themselves to be shared with everyone.

I learned that quick response and feedback could help students achieve success.

Critical thinking isn't easy for many students; they need to do more than just listen. They must actively read, write, discuss, and engage in problem-solving with their peers.

To maintain student engagement, the online instructor should actively promote and encourage interaction with the course materials from the very beginning.

As an instructor, it's important to clearly outline the communication methods we'll use so that students can stay fully engaged.

Active learning emphasizes that students take responsibility for their own education, with teachers serving as mentors and facilitators. In both face-to-face and online environments, this approach can be implemented through various methods, including : small group discussions ( fostering collaboration and idea -sharing among students). Large group assignments ( encouraging teamwork and collective problem-solving). Reflective practices (allowing students to critically assess their learning and its real-world applications).

Base on my experiences active learning influences student engagement by shifting the focus from passive learning to active participation.
