engaging with different events will show them the different problems we have in our electrical careers this way they can see the different situations and how you can address the issue and make the repairs and restore what ever it is you are repairing in our case it is electrical hands on with theory lecture will help you in learning trouble shooting.

Keep focus on the students make it fun and keep all students engaged if you see your losing the students interest change the topic and exercise to keep students focused and angaged.

Be totally cool with the student make learning fun have prepared  question on the electrical trade that students can answer and if questions are answered correctly gift them a small piece of candy make learning fun get everyone to be engaged so every one participates remember every ones name greet them at the door when first entering the class room.

I've learned the many of different types of students you will have in your class you will have many different kinds of personalities that I will have to deal with and always keeping my cool be very understanding learn to take the time to explain the lesson further in detail and maybe with a different approach or with a different explanation of how it can be done.

It's important to come up with a plan by reviewing the students work studies a day before class so that when an instructor walks right into class, he will be ready to be giving out all class lab assignments etc. and be ready to give instruction on any test that are coming up.

I've learned that professionalism as an instructor involves cultivating a safe, engaging learning environment through ethical  behavior thorough preparation , and consistent, respectful communications.

Maintain clear professional boundaries, adapting to the students needs through reflection and demonstrating commitment to continuous development.
