Activity

Communication is the key to getting your instructions/point across to the students. You will be able to determine the needs and wants of students by reviewing their submissions. As a teacher, you will be able to see their needs and wants without asking.

Teaching and learning should be assessed in various ways so that students' learning is enhanced. As a result, teachers are able to institutionalize effective teaching choices and revise ineffective ones.

I am a firm believer that students retain information in a peer learning environment. We should take evey opportunity to allow students to collaborate.

Scaffolding students learning help to ensure that students retain the information and and increases mastery.

You must continuosly test your modules for consitency make sure the students understand the information you're trying to display.

There will be some competing resposibilities, such as, students feeling that one class is more important than another. This usually happens when students are taking elective classes as apposed to core classes. We must begin stress the importance of all classes, especially in an online settting.

It is amazing how the learning style(s) of a student really doesn't change while online. We just have to incorporate numerous instructional strategies to accommodate them online.

Provide interactive opportunities for students to egage with you in a collaborative manner. Make sure that you stick to the subject and  keep the dialogue informative.

Even though we bring with us extensive knowledge of the subject matter being addressed in the course, it is extremely important for me to comprehend the nature of the course content then present it to the students.

This is a reminder of what I do on a daily basis. I have experience teaching from a LMS/CMS.
