You need to always make sure you and your staff are on the same page when it comes to having expectations and values. Holding meetings and/or groups to discuss improving processes is also important.

It is important to give incentives to employees in order to show them that improving their customer service skills has benefits. It is also vital to have good communication between the different departments within an organization or college.

You should always be improving the way your school or company conducts themselves and it is very important to set a standard when it comes to first impressions or the first time you are interacting with a prespective student or consumer.
