Honesty is the best policy. All institutions should follow the most current regulations. We want to make sure the school is in compliance. We want to support every student and stay in compliance by helping the student themselves decide when it the best time to enroll for schooling and support them along the way. I learned about do no contact rules. We want to make sure we provide true information and when we do not know the answer, to never guess. Always tell the student we will find the right information/answer for them.
