At my Job as an Electrical Instructor sometimes I have to revise labs to ensure student interaction and understings.  So my quetion would be is what would you do in a lab situation without that matching Component  ?

Depending on your school size and funds will determine how good or well your on line platform works for students.  So this will actully influence students to either enjoy or loose interest in you subject area.

 

My self I got alot out of the asyncronus online class when we broke up into smaller groups as a syncronus goup of 4-6 student to present a group project

 

Elearning is a dynamic situation with  diverse students.  It is opinion to invole in discusions and have team building exercies

 

The Knowlege of the Diversity amongst your students will provide excelllent relationships with their peers and yours.

 

While teaching Adult Learners in the on line and Face To Face (FTF), sometimes Adult learners have other Life situations.  So you as the Instructor have to understand That disruptions in the Learning may arise.  It is my opinion that Quizzes, Reviews Questions and pratice test should be able to stay in open mode. 

As far as the Techincal level with each student for navigation there should be a avenue for each student to have and meet the schools platform requirements.  I believe this would elimnate acessability fustrations.

 

Welcome your students, introduce your self, your passion, go around the room and have the students introduce themselves name and what they to get from this expeirance.

 

Wow this takes me back to classe I have had at the University of Central Florida, GO Knights.  It's all about classroom management

 

You have to have a passion to teach and enjoy your subject matter. Secondly you have to understand from different student learning abilities when reveiwing each lesson plan.  Apply your classrom management to model and motivate.
