Sometimes its about accepting the positive in the absence of having to dispel negativity. Namely, if you can just be positive and happy through mindfulness techniques you can often realize negativity is often a thinking choice you are just essentially out thinking.

I always try to leverage a strength to solve a problem, afterward I always try to keep the motivation up in people to continue but therein lines the problem. This aspect of teh course was interesting as it had you break down the core values and let you see where you fit in.

The perma terms are great because they distill down the basics people often overlook in favor of what's cool. Engaging in thinking about thinking also helps because people become trapped in routines and often overlook self-reflection.

As an audio and music professional self-motivation is paramount and this course is great because it points the spotlight back to the student's own hopes and dreams as the promise of success. The need to stay informed has compelled the younger generations to make staying up with technology a priority and we need to be keeping that in mind as we pursue lessons that lean into this.

Each generation being thought of as a different set of specific attributes to best foster learning, as well as definitions of success.

It's interesting to see so many things we have all assumed about all the "generations" tangibly identified and compared. Like how many different facets play into how the generations learn and identify growth, knowledge, etc.

Some good tips in this course for classrooms management. Definatley adding some of these tips to my practice.

I already implement some of these strategies, but I appreciated the resources for giving constructive or encouraging feedback to the class.
