In this module, I learned that engagement in online learning is much more complex than simply delivering content. It requires design that supports both social and motivational engagement. I now better understand how important it is to create opportunities for meaningful interaction, not just between students and content, but also among students and between students and the instructor.

Its best to select email communication for e-learners. Communication with the students as a whole is best in any class type environment. 

Adequate replies to student discussions is important not only to build a relationship with the student in regards to the topic, but also as a communication and learning process for both student and teacher. Following this process is something I will be doing. 

Proper way to communicate with students is essential so they many understand the lesson. 

To effectively support the class, it is important to start with strong motivation and build individual connections with students. Moving forward I will continue to adapt my teachings to adapt to student's needs. 

Help the students with activities and communication how they can learn something about themselves. 

Break the ice, engage in activities that will help the students get to know each other and get to know the instructor. 

Be prepared, coming in early, and have clear communication with the students. 

Effective instructors integrate professional behavior, communication practices, and problem-solving exercises into the curriculum or classroom, not just the technical content.
