I learned about the importance of breaking information into smaller chunks to accommodate to short attention span and using a variety of teaching styles helps keep students more engaged.

I learnt that the first class really sets the tone for the rest of the semester it's important to start building a sense of community early.

Planing has a direct affect on the attention of the student , setting out checklists  to insure each class gets consistent material and adapting to supports different learning needs.
