stress and perception and causes for students to doubt their worthiness in class

retention is important to help keep students engaged in class which helps keep students enrolled.

it's important for students to have computer based  knowledge to be able to apply towards the everyday and work force world. my students in the welding field use their computers for class assignments and tests.

as a teacher I have the ability to learn more every day by working with my students to help them better achieve and learn how to adapt and be more open minded in different situations in life.

teaching how to apply verbal and non verbal cues and working together as a team is necessary for working in a career post graduation and these skills can be picked up during class and taught during class projects and how I as a teacher conducts myself with fellow teachers and students

it's important to help your students writing abilities in class which is an important tool in everyday life and the work force and is a needed skill. I can better help my students feel prepared and knowledgeable in their writing abilities by the class assignments I prepare for my students.  

it's important as a teacher to be able to help my students learn time management and how to apply it towards the work force and daily life.
